Thank you for choosing our platform for your short-term rental needs. We aim to provide clear and
fair policies for all our guests and partners. Please read the following terms carefully:
For Guests:
1. Cancellation by Guest:
– Free Cancellation: Bookings canceled at least 14 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
– Partial Refund: Bookings canceled between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50%
refund.
– No Refund: Bookings canceled less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
2. Early Check-Out:
No refunds will be issued for early check-outs or unused nights once the check-in has been
completed.
For Property Listings (Partner Hosts):
1. Commission Refunds:
Commissions paid for confirmed bookings are non-refundable, except in cases where the booking is
canceled by the guest under the free cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation by Host:
If a host cancels a confirmed reservation, they may be subject to penalties and possible removal

Force Majeure:
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), exceptions may be made
at our discretion. We strive to work with both guests and hosts to find a fair resolution.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
