Welcome to SHUAA AL SAADA VACATION HOMES RENTAL L.L.C! By using our rental services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SHUAA AL SAADA VACATION HOMES RENTAL L.L.C rental services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1.2 By booking a property, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
1.3 All bookings and agreements are subject to UAE rental laws and regulations.
1.4 This website https://readyrent.ae is maintained by SHUAA AL SAADA VACATION HOMES RENTAL L.L.C.
1.5 United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law of UAE.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Reservations can be made online through our website or via our customer service.
2.2 A security deposit may be required at the time of booking and will be refunded after the stay, subject to any deductions for damages.
2.3 Payments must be completed before check-in. We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa and MasterCard), bank transfers, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
2.4 Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
2.5 The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
2.6 Prices are listed in AED and may change without prior notice.

3. Check-in and Check-out Policy

3.1 Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out time is before 3:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
3.2 Guests must provide a valid passport or Emirates ID at the time of check-in.
3.3 The rental unit must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.3 No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• The property is significantly different from what was advertised.

• The property is uninhabitable due to maintenance issues beyond the guest’s control.
  5.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of check-in, along with supporting evidence.
  5.3 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
  5.4 Partial refunds or credits may be issued for minor inconveniences.

6. Property Use and Guest Responsibilities

6.1 The property is for residential use only. Commercial activities are prohibited.
6.2 The maximum number of guests allowed per unit must not exceed the agreed-upon occupancy.
6.3 Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear and may be charged accordingly.
6.4 No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is permitted on the premises.

7. Privacy and Security

7.1 We collect and store personal data only for booking and service improvement purposes.
7.2 Guest information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7.3 We implement secure payment gateways to protect financial transactions.
7.4 Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://readyrent.ae policies and rules.
7.5 User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

8. Compliance and Restrictions

8.1 We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
8.2 All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 The agency is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
9.2 In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as maintenance issues, we will offer an alternative property or a refund.
9.3 The agency’s maximum liability is limited to the total rental amount paid.
9.4 The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Customers are encouraged to visit these sections to stay informed.

10. Amendments to Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
